Why am I in constant state of anxiety and what can I do about it?
I am anxious from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep,I am less anxious in the morning but still. I am in constant state of worry and racing thinking. My mood is always really low.
Why am I am always anxious and have racing thinking and other problems.But when I am in social situations I get much more anxious and have panic attacks,after wards I become depressed. But I wanted to know why am I always anxious and have racing thoughts which most of the are negative? What is the problem? Constant anxiety?
