But 5-HTP, which is free, safe and natural, and in my opinion, better than antidepressants. I don't say that often at all. But it really really really is. And it's easier to get off of. EDIT: DO NOT listen to the people who are talking about Benzos. They literally blunt every sense you have. I swear I felt like I was on a psychedelic when I came off of the benzo. It made my generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder worse after it went too high. Doctors do not know commonly that this happens. It took me going into withdrawals and nearly having a seizure and going to a psych facility for a week before I found that out. Benzos ARE NOT the first answer. ALWAYS an antidepressant or NATURAL REMEDIES first. NATURAL works! It really really does! Trust me, I have the WORST anxiety.
