I think that having a business card and maybe a website would convey a sort of professionalism that makes it clear that you are not offering the "rub and tug" technique. Those sorts of borderline prostitutes tend to advertise in the back of shady local magazines and craigslist. They don’t usually have business cards. And to add to the professionalism, make sure it says "Licensed Massage Therapist" or whatever the credentials are these days (RMT, etc). If you give out your business cards in upstanding places, that helps. If you leave your cards in a shop that sells pipes and bongs, then who knows what kind of calls you’ll get.

You could use "Mobile Massage" and to keep the professionalism clear put a few bullet points like

- Ask about specials for office functions
- Bridal parties
- Sporting events

That sort of thing, or something like it – to make it clear you’re not doing *that* kind of outcall

I would keep it simple. I would do your business name if you have one, your name, City and State, lastly a phone number, website and a logo if you have one. I agree 100% on the outcall and escort part.

I like house calls or mobile massage or make it clear by the business name you choose. Have any required legal jargon on your card, your state board may have rules about what you can advertise so check that first.

I like simple cards with web sites and email and well designed web sites. Specialties online or on the back of the card.
