		<description>If it&#039;s really SAD, and not depression, you should try light therapy. You use full-spectrum lights (very bright) every morning, it helps make up for the lack of sunlight. Apparently it helps a lot of people, but it doesn&#039;t work for me! (I have tons of disorders and the seasonal part is just a detail...)

I don&#039;t know whether moving would help. Probably... but it&#039;s hard to tell depression or even bipolar from SAD. Only a psychiatrist could tell you</description>
