If it’s really SAD, and not depression, you should try light therapy. You use full-spectrum lights (very bright) every morning, it helps make up for the lack of sunlight. Apparently it helps a lot of people, but it doesn’t work for me! (I have tons of disorders and the seasonal part is just a detail…)
I don’t know whether moving would help. Probably… but it’s hard to tell depression or even bipolar from SAD. Only a psychiatrist could tell you
