When I have anxiety attacks or panic attacks. I hyperventilate, which of course gives you a feeling of shortness of breath. It makes me feel weak like all my muscles are going limp. I feel like where ever I am at the time, I need to get up and leave the room and be by myself. I tremble inside and feel like I do not have control of myself. It is more scarry when you are driving and have one. I take xanax right now for mine but it is not a cure. It calms you down temporarily.
xanax or lorazepam are good for anxiety.
anxious, irritable, racing thoughts, cant concentrate, overly stressed, panic, insomnia, obsessive compulsive thoughts, etc.
good luck
I had a severe anxiety reaction to a medication I was taking (something I only realised later). The most distressing symptom for me was that I felt like someone was crushing my heart and throat- I could barely breathe.
I was prescribed a long-acting benzodiazepine, which worked, but when I had to come off it 3 months later (I didnt want to be spacey all my life), it was hell on earth.
