The first visit will mostly be a time for a history to be taken…ie, where you discuss his development and current issues, any past medical histories or problems with the pregnancy etc. Then she will mostly observe him the first day…seeing if he demonstrates other normal milestones. There will not be as much hands on at the first visit as there will be at subsequent visits.
Every place varies on how much time they allot for evals and treatments…most likely 45 minutes.
what im thinking is that hes gona be not pulling, but rubbing on ur sons leg and to see if there might be any broken bones or bruises inside…not sure
The therapist will do simple exercises with your son. I use to watch a lil girl who had to have therapy and I work in home health care So alot of my senior clients have therapy while I am there. Most everyone I have seen seems to enjoy it. It is just exercise and playtime with a new person.
