What is Panic at the Disco’s ex band member doing? Is he still in the music or what?

He works for Alternative Press magazine and he is threating the band that he is gonna take them to court
Last time i heard of him i read an article in a magazine which said he was going to work with his dad. I havent heard of any music project he’s currently working on. i dont think he ever will though; according to panic he never even contributed to their first album anyway.
