Usualy I’ve been getting frustrated and stressed about the littlest of things. I’m 16 now and when I was younger I had night terrors and I’ve had a history of anxiety attacks and panic attacks. and still experience these today. What can I do to prevent the attacks and the stress? (besides meditating)

I’ve never had night terrors, but I have had 100’s of anxiety attacks. I have learned that caffiene starts alot of those attacks, and caffeine is found in coffee, tea, colas, ice caps, iced tea, and a little in chocolate. When I cut down on those, what a relief! I get them once in a while now, and usually from ice caps. One thing that worked for me was that as soon as one was starting I had to do something to distract myself, like going to the bathroom, or flicking through the channels fairly quickly. I would also tell myself, "oh, an anxiety attack is trying to happen, well, I know all about them and what to expect next", sorta like telling the anxiety it couldn’t scare me cause I knew exactly what it was up to.
you can go have fun. spend more time with your friends, and etc…
Getting a good workout helps me and is good for you, also reading. But thats just me.
You can take advice from someone who has lived a life very similar to your own. It has taken me 42 years of life to figure out what has made the human pack mammal species, decline in overall health. The one thing I found in common with what caused my irrational anxiety and vivid dreams that were so real, it seemed as if that was real life.
The common denominator in almost 100% of all races of all the human pack mammal is a condition known as auto immune mal absorption at the hands of what is known as celiac disease or the more common form call gluten intolerance.
It has been found through 99.9% accurate genetic testing of an indiscriminate populace. This means it is the most accurate reading of all people in a said area. In this case the area was all the pre school children of Italy have been genetically testing for the genetic modifiers which help define gluten intolerant propensity. The two modifiers are called HLA DQ2 and the HLA DQ8. If you google these modifers, you will read what they may cause in your life if you have them.
The results of this test were told to me face to face by Dr. Alessio Fasano of the University of Maryland. He is the man who had this test instituted. HLA DQ2 is present in nearly 80% of the public. HLA DQ8(Me) is found in 10 to 15%. There is another HLA series called the HLA DQ1( this is my studies found by various people to include Dr. Fasano and Dr. Peter Green of Columbia University) This modifier can suffer neurological dysfunctions of auto immune nature. It is present in and estimated 30% of european populace. I realize this is more than 100% of the public but you must realize there has been much crossbreeding in our human pack mammal species. Some people may have all 3.
This is serious business when you go on a gluten free diet to solve your stomach health issues and lactose intolerance may subside. This is serious business when this pure science that is known fact in a dietary change that can drastically aid our children in fighting the H1N1 virus and lower anxiety while also increasing your focus.
To allow your stomach to feed your body the nutrients your brain requires will turn of the constant ON switch feeling. Please try this gluten free diet you may have heard some of your friends have been fortunate enough to know what is slowly harming our pack mammal instincts to the point when I went gluten free, I woke up to a world where I was right, Everyone is crazy and I knew why.
