What does your anxiety attacks make you feel like PHYSICALLY?

I been restless all night, body heating up over and over again, diareha, nauseas, racing thoughts, seeing spots, fear, crying, cant think clearly. Please Help what are your anxiety symptoms? Do u experience any of these things?

What you’ve described are the classic symptoms of a Panic Attack. If you’ve recently taken medications such as SSRI’s or any psychotropic agents, you must consult your physician right away, so that he can determine the right dosage for you. Also stay away from stressful surroundings (i.e., arguing, worrying, abusive boyfriend etc.). Relax as much as you can and try to journal so that thoughts dont become to much that you can’t handle them, go one step at a time.
I dont think i have anxiety. but i have a few friends that suffer from several forms of anxiety, and others social anxiety. hence, i guarentee if you listen to me, your life will change for the better. The purpose of life, here where we live on Earth, is to self-actualize and reach enlightenment through understanding our lives and niche capacity in the world. Dont listen to the doctors, they just want you hooked on the pharmaceutical companies drugs, many which of them do help saves lives, and many take lives too. Your best bet is to use a plant that has been around for thousands of years, longer than most of you people’s ancestry’s bloodlines. Eat, or Smoke potent cannabis, its a healing herb, physically, and physiologically. Then I get tremendous fear and panic. I have to use the restroom more frequently and I feel as if something horrible is going to happen, I cant think and I have a harder time breathing.
