its just a little q&a sheet, i took one a couple weeks ago bc my mom thought i was suicidal or something, just be completely honest, if you dont, then you cant get help.
Surveys. Just questions.
there are no test…its based off symptoms, frequency they’ll just ask a whole lot of questions.
