I’m in an acting/theater class and whenever I do group scenes I feel really comfortable.
The other day I did an introduction by myself and I felt really nervous!

Tomorrow I have a monologue to do and right now I feel comfortable cause I know all my lines but that’s right now lol.
I don’t know how I’m going to feel when I’m on stage by myself.

What are some tips you know on how to deal with nervousness?




i have a long presentation to do tomorrow so in order to do well on it i need to get rid of my nervousness. Please don’t tell me be prepared and you wont be nervous because I am very much prepared but I get really nervous that I will literally shake the whole time in front of the class. Please give me some ideas that can reduce nervousness dramatically. Some kind of easy to get medication will be very helpful or some tricks as well thank you!




I just started school August 15th and the social part of school can be dificult when you have social anxiety disorder. My classes are 14 kids and my biggest is like twenty something. When I’m called on in class I freeze up, I can’t handle attention being on me by more than a few people or I start shaking and get dizzy and sick.
