Is there a website to go to that list psychiatrist that take a certain type of insurance?

I’ve been having symptoms of depression over a broken/messy relationship. I want to go see a therapist but I don’t know how to pick a good one for me. I looked up the in-network providers for my insurance plan, but there are many psychologists in my area. How do I know which one is good? And are there specific relationship specialists, and if so how do I know?

For some reason, my anxiety levels have been pretty bad lately. I have recently given up my love of running because my anxiety prevents me from doing it. I have no insurance or enough money to get a therapist or get anti-anxiety medications. I need to find a solution that will work quickly and effectively when my anxiety strikes so I can get over it and get back to my life. I’m open to any ideas you may have.

I live in Canada. What is the soonest day can I get a prescription for Clonazepam (Klonopin) renewed at the pharmacy? Is there a certain # of days that need pass before they will refill? The prescription was for 60 days – 2 a day. There is no insurance involved in the payment. Thanks for any answers you can provide.

I am seeing a dr in a week for anxiety/depression. i saw someone a few years ago but had to stop the meds cause i dont have insurance but i found somewhere new that is for people with no insurance.
so my question… what am i suppossed to say to them? i realize that they are dr’s but i dont wanna sound like a loser saying how i cant even handle going out in public because i get nervous, cant breathe and am depressed and miserable all the time. also i wouldnt call myself bulimic but i binge and purge anywhere from 2-5 times a week (anytime the bf is gone) – do i have to tell them ?
