If a patient has pulmonary hypertension and congestive heart failure all at the same time, which one is likely to cause most of the symptoms in the patient?

I have to do a 2 slide powerpoint presentation on the "Targeted individualized patient information about hypertension. I’m not sure what to write, what do they mean by this, what do I right? Is the patient information talking about the symptoms or causes of hypertension? I don’t get it.

If anxiety is directly related to stress and stress is directly related to hypertension, then I am not buying it.
