Natural treatment for anxiety symptoms and panic attacks.
what are some of the reasons for having these attacks.? i’ve been having them for years, and don’t know how to stop them. i can’t take any meds, as the doctors found out they interfere with my atenolol.
I feel a lot of anxiety and anxious thoughts when I wake up in the morning and lying in my bed. How do I get rid of these thoughts?
I have been searching the web for answers to how to get rid of m,y warts. I was diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder a couple of months ago and one of my fears is living with it. Sometimes i feel like i’m loosing control, going crazy or even dying and with time, it seems like i become scared of simple things I once enjoyed. Is it possible to get over it? Is there anything i could do to less fear it?
I have a history of ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I’m often irritable and moody, and my mother, who is a nursing student, has told me that the reason why I’m often irritable is because of my anxiety problem. Could this be the cause of my irritability?
So I have social anxiety that has been growing exponentially over the past year. All my life I’ve been shy but now I’m truly terrified of social situations or being the center of attention (like going to get my graduation photos done because my parents are forcing me, I was even considering getting doped up on painkillers before going xP) and I often find myself blushing just thinking about awkward social situations. I can’t even keep eye contact with most people.
It keeps me from doing important things in my life auuuuuugh.

I’m going to start taking meds for my anxiety and severe depression and there are some things I have been wondering about.
1. Will my attitude towards things be different?
2. Will my personality change? and in what ways?
3. Will I feel happier?
4. Will I stop caring about what others think of me?
5. will my terrible social skills get better?
I know these questions may seem dumb, but I want to know.
i’ve tried everything to get hypnotized online but none of it works. I can’t make an appointment cuz im under 18 and there is no shows coming up that i an go to heeeeeeelp!!!!
