I’ve suffered from anxiety attacks since 5th grade, im in 10th now, theyre usually when im on a 2nd floor of a building, or when im in a classroom and i know i cant leave, like when we’re having a test and i cant leave the room. I usually have one. I feel like im just gonna pass out or throw up…can this really happen? Can I really throw up or pass out?

So a little over 5 years ago, I became a vegetarian. Coincidentally, a little over 5 years ago, I started getting anxiety attacks? Are the two intertwined or separate? And what could be causing the anxiety attacks???? Lack of vitamins, minerals, etc?

i used to take it a couple years ago, and i have no idea what it was called, when i went to a doctor and told them it was the only NON-narcotic anxiety medication that began with a V they knew what it was (not taken daily, only when anxiety attacks occur, or for trouble sleeping). i want to recommend it to my sister, and i dont know the name. Thanks
it was in the form of a capsule, I dont think it was valerian root.

I’ve suffered from Agoraphobia since I was a child. Up until recently it was manageable with a range of distraction techniques, but I was taken ill, and after 2 months of complete bedrest I am now completely unable to face the outside world. I am normally a level headed person, but I have found myself experiencing anxiety attacks, palpitations, uncontrollable shaking and dizzy spells, when only thinking about going outside. I know I need to see a GP, but I just can’t face leaving the house, what can I do??

Okay, i have these anxiety attacks which makes it impossible to finish this speech class at my college and in order to have special accomodations from the school I need someone to diagnose me and then I need to get a letter from them to take it my school. Where and how do I even go about doing this? how much is it going to cost?

I’ve been getting chest pains when I get really anxious and usually end with me having issues breathing. I’ve read online that anxiety attacks cause that. Is it true? It only happens when I get anxious. I’ve passed out from not being about to breath.

My fiance has really bad anxiety attacks and I want to find a way to calm him down. The only thing I can really think of is massaging his shoulders and make him lay on his back. He clenches and grinds his teeth, takes short shallow breaths (he refuses to take deep ones), tenses up, scratches at himself, and shakes. I don’t know what to do and I really want some help. Thank you so much.

My life’s been extremely stressful lately and my family seems to think that I’m having anxiety attacks. How do I know this is the case?

My future wife (less than 2 months ’till the wedding) can have severe anxiety attacks. She can’t even get her driver’s license because she freaks out when she gets in the car. I do not want her on medication (nor does she wants to be) and I would like to know what I can say/do to help her when I see that she is going to have one of these attacks. I want to be able to help her but I don’t know what to do. (a source for your answer would be greatly appreciated).

I’m 22 bipolar, and get severe anxiety attacks. I’m on ativan for anxiety, prozac for depression, and abilify for racing thoughts. The only thing that calms me down is pot. I have a phsyciatrist, and two therapists.
Whats the best way to go about getting a license?

How do you stop anxiety attacks? I know there has to be a way to stop anxiety attacks and not just treat them.
