I had my first panic attack when I was 8 years old. I didn’t get any help for it until I was 20. No one really knew what it was back then.
One piece of advice is stop, looking up your symptoms. You already know what they are. Worrying about worrying is not doing any good at all.
I take medication, I make sure to get out of the house everyday and try to do some exercise.
Make sure you get enough sleep every night this is important because, it’s when you mind and body heals itself.
Stay away from junk food, I know it’s hard but, it’s best for your body.
I have lived a good life even though I have anxiety, I am a mom of 4 and I have Grand kids. You can do anything you want to do.
You will get control of this. Always tell your doctor/therapist everything you are feeling no matter how dumb it sounds, the more your doctor knows the better they can help you.
You are stronger and braver than your anxiety. Live in the moment and try your hardest not to think about anxiety, if it happens you know what it is and if it doesn’t then you’ve had a good day.
I was sexually abused at age 9 and again at age 17. I have anxiety disorder because of my past and I find it hard to go out by myself in public without someone who will look after me. Im 24 now! It used to be very bad and I HATE crowds, cant stand them. Some things that helped me out were taking a bottle of water with me everywhere and when I feel anxious I sip on my water, I also say to myself that these people are here to help me not hurt me and also I think positive now. Next time your in a crowd, focus on yourself and not the people around you, if you start to panic, tell yourself that these people are not better than you.
good luck.
Please,
You are young, try to look after positive people to help you, and listen to you, and try to find out things you like, and do them. Try to change your mind and project your brains on other, but most for all positive things. Just simple things. You have to survive.
It can be something of your hormones, but if you use a medicine, look after the prescription, and find out on yahoo what others say about it.
With love and most for all take care of yourself, nobody can do. You have to find help, may be you know already the people who really can help you, try to find out.

My first experience with Anxiety/Panic disorder started when I was 8 or so. I am 19 now, and up until a few months ago, I hadnt done anything about it. But after a bad panic attack almost caused me to end my life, I went to the doctor and was officially diagnosed with it. She gave me Citalopram 20mg. It took around a month to fully kick in and ever since I have been way calmer and happier.
I suggest you see your family doctor for help with this.
Please try your best not to think about your symptoms all the time. When you find yourself thinking about them push then out of your mind and think about something you like, something that makes you feel good, something that makes you smile. I know it’s not easy but keep doing it and you’ll find it gets easier.
Above all else keep in mind that you will get better, even though it might seem hard to believe just now.
Best wishes.
