Panic attack symptoms that make you feel like you are crazy?

What symptoms of a panic attack cause the sufferer to feel like they are going crazy? I know that lightheadedness, combined with heart palpitations, and nausea can make a panic attack sufferer feel like they are going to die. What is it about a panic attack that can make one feel like they are losing control, or going crazy?

Fear.
The fear of losing control, made me feel like I was going crazy. I beat anxiety and so can you. Lightheartedness that can be one of the first symptoms you can get rid of quickly.
You get dizzy because of shallow breathing. You can end this feeling by doing what is called diaphragmatic breathing. Google the term "diaphragmatic breathing" Try this it works.

Well going crazy in a panic attack is when your in the middle of the panic attack and you freak out and you just keep going deeper and deeper and you cant control it. and then you start walking and you feel so weird like you cant think of what your doing. But according to research the panic attack are just in your head, no harm can happen to you.
It is the lack of oxygen going to your brain.
That’s why breathing exercises help.Most importantly you need to tell yourself that yes I feel like Im going to go crazy but that is not going to happen.Look at past panic attacks and use that as evidence that it will not happen.
The feeling of being not in control is that you are not thinking Straight as all all your thinking about is your symptoms
I reckon that it is feeling disconnected from your body. Like your ‘in’ a story and your life isn’t real, but then the panic attack makes you realise that you are real and you are going to die or whatever causes the panic attack is real.
