		<description>You can use the desk lamp. It may take a little longer for you to notice the change in your mood, but it isn&#039;t as bad as having a huge bulky light and paying a lot of money for it. I do suggest that you get the light therapy box though. They are quite helpful.</description>

		<description>I use a large box light, there are many different styles.  The key is to use it consistantly.  Took about ten days before I noted a change in my mood, but it has just gotten better from there, so I absolutely endorse their use.</description>

		<description>My GP loaned me one that sat on my desk at work. I would leave it on for about 2 hours a day as I worked at my computer.
It made a big difference to me and I highly recommend them for SAD.</description>
