LED light skin treatment harmful to eyes?
I recently purchased an at home LED light device to help with my acne and rosacea. The link to the product can be located here:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Photorejuvenation-Therapy-Color-Ray-Device-LED-249_W0QQitemZ270298213464QQcategoryZ11862QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp4340.m8QQ_trkparmsZalgo%3DMW%26its%3DC%26itu%3DUCC%26otn%3D20%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D8251072661432056995
The product claims to be safe for your eyes, and it doesn’t even state that you need to cover your eyes when using the device, but I have read in several places that LED devices can cause eye damage. The accompanying instructions with the device claims that it can "cause ocular damage if you look into the light".
I’m wondering if this is really safe to use, and if so should I wear something over my eyes? Thanks.

ABSOLUTELY PROTECT YOUR Eyes. There are medical glasses, the same as used during Laser treatments.
