valuum, I would suggest he discuss his situation with his doctor and they can decide what’s best for him. Usually you doc will work with you to find something. A lot of people have anxiety like that with many things.

i was nervous of flying,and my doctor game me some valium.i didn’t have a care in the world after i had one of those.maybe that would help.
There is too much stress in his life. He needs some time to relax.
