Breathe. I have anxiety, and it came out on my math test. I left a whole 1/4 blank, and consequently had a C in the class. What you need to do is:
Stop caring. Tell yourself you are a genius. Pretend that the test is at the 5th grade level, for a person of your intellect. Worry that your score will be so high that they will move you up a grade and you will never see your friends again. Get cocky.
Think about the questions on the test. Don’t worry "Oh my god! I’m taking a test! I’m taking a test! What if I fail! I’ll fail the course!" worry about what sort of questions will be on the test the night before. That way, when you worry, "Oh my god, what if there’s a question about homeostasis?!" you will be forced to study in order to quell your anxiety.
You want to encourage anxiety the night before, so that you’re all worn out when you come in to take the test. You’ll be worrying "Oh my god, what’s X + X?!" and the only way to achieve calm will be to know the material.
