Is it possible to achieve permanent amnesia through Hypnosis ?

If you guys got any good guides about Amnesia in hypnosis that would be great , But please be as specific as possible , Thanks =) .
To be more specific , For example , I want to completely forget a 2 year old relationship with my GF completely & permanently , Is that possible ?
And is it possible in the process to collapse all the anchors (emotional,physical..etc) completely , So that they wouldn’t have any more effect ?

I don’t think there is enough research and study that can truly answer this question. I personally think that if hypnosis is capable of produce post hypnotic amnesia, it should be possible that it can produce permanent amnesia as well if it’s done correctly. Anyway, it’s just my theory. I personally don’t like and don’t support hypnosis (many call it the art of suggestion) due to the insufficient amount of research and study regardless of what hypnotherapists try to tell you. I don’t think it’s scientific. It often creates false memories. Many aspects of it is unknown and not fully understood. Many suggest that opening up your mind to the state of being fully submissive and highly suggestible is spiritually dangerous.

You need to be more specific in your question young man. What are you trying to forget? Did you have a liaison with another young man or something?
