Is it possible that it’s beginning to start? I have been feeling sad lately.

If you have a diagnosis of S.A.D. and you are starting to feel a return of the symptoms that usually you feel when you get depressed then I think there is a high chance that it is starting again.
How about you going to get a check-up with your doctor so that if you need treatment for it you can start before things start getting too bad?

There is a reason for sad just like there is a reason for happy. With out happy there is no sad and with out sad there is no happy. Ditch what makes you sad and there will be more happy. It is a balance.
