All the SSRIs can make anxiety worse and can cause nausea and sexual side effects.
Not trying to copy the first answer but yes, most SSRI’S almost always cause stomach upset that I know first hand. Some can make anxiety worse as well but both may go away after your body adjusts to the medication. I have a good antidepressant for you to try that I was on & you take it night because it helps you sleep & it worked wonders for my anxiety & didn’t seem to cause stomach upset. It’s called Remeron (brand name & there is a generic). I can’t remember if it is an SSRI medication but you could ask your Doctor. I did notice weight gain & a little bit of a "pill hangover" in the morning but you have to understand, they all have some side effects. Good luck:)
