I dont' take the lexapro anymore, but clonazepam is my bread and butter, and I don't have a pot belly but boy are my thighs thick. :) Maybe you're experiencing a water retention problem that may or may not be due to the meds, or may be due to needing some muscle toning exercise like situps or crunches/leglifts (I know, they suck). Ask your doctor if water retention is a side effect, or if something else is going on that could be causing it, or if you have to do some of those awful exercises.
