Sometimes it is just lack of water in your body, when you are extremely alert on what&#039;s going outside of yourself, you are probably not listening your body, so be aware of drink 1 to 2 liters of pure water a day.Dehydration is one common cause of headaches.

You have to be aware of your mental activity as well. Maybe you are having too many thoughts or concerns, not necessarily suffering stress, just thinking a lot about what worries you. 

So, it&#039;s important to be gentle with yourself, live in all your body, not just your head, and listen to it. It will tell you the best for if, what it needs to be healthful.
