sometimes diet can play a part (eg trigger foods like coffee, chocolate, red wine) and light sensitivity (eg migraines), or maybe just not a balance of what you need to do in your life, sometimes chemical too, eg hormonal, or even peer pressure…
I know that really didn’t answer your question, but something to think about.
Yes, you can, for different reasons. One of them is because you are ingesting stimulants (ex. coffee).
Sometimes it is just lack of water in your body, when you are extremely alert on what’s going outside of yourself, you are probably not listening your body, so be aware of drink 1 to 2 liters of pure water a day.Dehydration is one common cause of headaches.
You have to be aware of your mental activity as well. Maybe you are having too many thoughts or concerns, not necessarily suffering stress, just thinking a lot about what worries you.
So, it’s important to be gentle with yourself, live in all your body, not just your head, and listen to it. It will tell you the best for if, what it needs to be healthful.
Hope you find it useful
Love,
Sebastian
