how to get rid of the dark blue boxes in your interests on myspace?

you know how there are dark blue boxes that say, "heroes" "general" "music" "television" and such? and then whatever writting or pictures you put in them goes in the light blue boxes next to them? well how do you get rid of the darker blue ones? so it’s just the light blue ones that you see.
