Well anxiety is very real and if your boyfriend chooses no to love if you take medication than it makes me wonder: "what part of you is he in love with". I think he will except your need even if he might teas you about it. Anxiety untreated can get worse, I am taking Clanazipan but only when I am anxious. I know what its like. Email me if you want to talk more. {star me}
I have an anxiety disorder, and was given the option of medication. Please please please try other things before you jump into meds. They really mess you up. Talk to a psychologist or a counselor. I do every tuesday for an hour and it really helps me. Good luck with all of this, and just tell him. He will understand and support you if he loves you.
Well, you’re the only one who truly knows how you feel. It all comes down to who is more important … you or your boyfriend. I mean who is more important to yourself. I hope it is you.
Take care of yourself, do what you need to feel the best you can. If you have a boyfriend who doesn’t care enough for you to feel well, then I’d find a new boyfriend. Would he also think you damaged goods if you were a diabetic taking insulin? I mean really!
Good luck,
Kristi
