How to deal with new anti anxiety medication side effects?

Just wondering what some good ways to deal with the side effects would be and how to help lessen them as i just started taking this medication a few days ago
the medication is called Apo-Paroxetine

if you just started it, the effects may wear off. however, i would probably notify the doctor in case they wish to change the medicine.
