So I have several things going on in my life right now that are really hard to cope with. I have 3 young children and I’m trying to keep it together for there sake. I am on anxiety medicine but it’s not seeming to work and I dont want to keep trying new medicines. WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY THAT YOU COPE WITH STRESS/ANXIETY??
By The way the stress/anxiety is not my children I just want to know good techniques people use so I can avoid feeling stressed around my children…
