		<description>No-it would probably do the opposite and actually increase your anxiety-you should close your eyes and take deep slow breaths so that you don't hyperventilate-you should go ahead and see someone. Panic attacks are awful but there is help. I am on Zoloft 100 mg every day and I have not had a panic attack in the 2 years I have been on them. Good luck!</description>

		<description>Your best bet is to just do your best to relax!!  I have panic attack disorder it is very hard to live from day to day so I feel you on not leaving the house.

If at all possible... you should find someone else to take you to the barber.  That way you aren't the one driving and once you get there you have someone else there to sit next to you that can talk to you and keep your mind off as much as possible on getting your hair cut.
