How old do you have to be to use ovation cell therapy hair treatment?

I’m 14 years old and i’ve been trying to grow my hair out for the longest time. Seems like it grows not even a half an inch in one month! So i was looking into Ovation Cell Therapy, but i’m not sure if there’s an age you must be to buy it? Help please?

I bought it for my brother as a christmas gift. His hair was falling out and thinning. He is only 30. And he used up all the products, and it didn’t make any difference in his hair.
I don’t know it might work differently for u, but just letting u know that it’s not as good as they advertise it.
