Stress/anxiety and fatigue actually go hand in hand. When stressed or having high levels of anxiety, you will become fatigued and worn down. Because of your fatigue, it makes you lethargic and unable (or unwilling) to handle what is causing your stress. This causes your stress and anxiety levels to increase, which then causes even more fatigue. It's a vicious circle!
