For the most part, I know what triggers my panic attacks, a few of them are: parades, parties, and Christmas. My solution is to avoid these things like the plague if at all possible. If I feel one coming on, if I can, I go outside and try to walk it off and it usually works.
I’d like to know what methods you use to deal with this problem.

Deep breathing, visualization, and clonazepam.
If panic attacks are limited to those easily avoided situations, you seem to be handling it pretty well. If you are finding that they really interfere with your life, go see your doctor for an evaluation and referral for therapy and possibly medication treatment. I’m not talking anti anxiety medication necessarily, but an antidepressant that corrects the brain chemistry. Anti anxiety medication can be useful as a "rescue" medication if you know you are about to panic, but these are things you need to talk to your doctor about.

I suffer from anxiety attacks too. I usually try to take deep breaths, and like you, I usually feel the need to go for a walk to shake it off. Another thing that has helped me is to see a psychotherapist. He helps me with relaxation techniques and also does hypnotherapy to help me deal with my anxiety. At first I was afraid and even skeptical of the hypnosis, but it has helped me a great deal. Usually during the hypnosis, he will start me with deep breathing and relaxation, then he has me visualize a safe place and then visualize whatever is causing my anxiety. You focus on it until you feel it subside. It really helps.Though I still get anxiety, I have these ways to help me cope. Good Luck!!

I have had simialr situations myself Nothing i tried ever helped
until i spoke to my doctor and was prescribed medication and was prescribed effexor xr. it helped me tremdously . it also has an ingredient to give u enrgy that you tend to loose during depression and anxiety. there is also many other medications some have huge side effects speak to your doctor to see if any would be best for you. there may be many different natural ways to cope with this but in my case i could not stear clear of the things that brought them on such as huge crowds. big evntts etc and since the effexor i have felt so much better. Good Luck. take this serious depression, anxiety, panic, stress etc. can lead to more serious life threatning situations.
I use breathing meditations and it helps me a lot, especially if you can’t get up and walk outside. Try breathing indeeply through your nose and out through your mouth three times (I have told this advice to many people already, but it really helps)Then concentrate on your breathing as you continue to breathe from your belly and not your chest- if you breathe from your chest you will tend to hyperventilate and breathe shallowly.I think it helps to close your eyes.
I hope this helps. Every little bit helps, right?
there are medications to help that, and talking to a therapist can help a lot
Deep breaths and xanex……
