Practice Yoga and meditation. As far as I know it worked for many people.
first of all you have to figure out what has caused them int he first place, that is somethign only you can do. is it something from your childhood perhaps is it work related. where does it normally happen?
xanax wont fix the problem it will only ease it temporarily. you may feel anxious around certain people or when your just alone? int he mean time try not to worry
I hope i could help.

That’s a long years! Please see your psychiatric doctor. You might need an anxiolitics to prevent anxiety attacks.
Whoa, I’ve been having them for about maybe three years now…it’s awful, i’d like to know the same thing;)
A low dose of Paxil worked for me. Till then, I couldn’t control them much at all. Good luck.
Xanax.
You could see a psychiatrist and get a prescription for an anti-anxiety medicine like Xanax or Clonipin. Xanax works really well for me.
Also, I kind of outgrew my panic attacks. I’ve learned to recognize the symptoms and take deep breaths and close my eyes and try to relax when I feel one is about to start.
One way to look at "anxiety" is having anger about something in the future that most likely wont happen. "Worrying" wont add another moment to your life so why do it?
BTW, fictional books, plays, movies, etc all operate on the "anxiety factor" whether it be losing a love one, or losing the farm or getting eaten by a giant bug, etc, etc, If people dont respond to those "anxiety factors" created by those things that we call
"entertainment" then that industry will come to a screeching halt and of course, those folks have something to "worry about".
So take heart….learn to just "let go" of the problem. And learn to just watch how things pan out. God is in control anyway.
