How do I get over my crippling anxiety?

My ex-girlfriend and I of three-years just separated and this anxiety is crippling me. Can’t work, cannot sleep and I haven’t been able to function. I don’t mind the sadness that comes with this break-up, I just don’t want the 24-hour nervous butterflies and the short breathe, heavy chest feeling. I just want to be OK.

Check your blood pressure and your heart rate, what are they etc…
If its effecting them to the point of causing damage then you should consult a psychiatrist to get some medications. But id prefer you do a complete overhaul, go for a journey somewhere far away. Scene change, friend circle change etc..
check out http://www.stopanxietyinminutes.com
it stops anxiety and erases it completely on the spot.
Helped me get over my break up grief too.
Cool Beans
i had the same problem with my split up from by boyfriend. the only thing i can really suggest is distracting yourself, and other than that.. time. as the saying goes.. times heals everything…
i hope you feel better soon.
