No, there is no real cure. I used Panic Away as a Natural solution and it helps me a lot.

You should go see doctor and get medication for it. Sometimes when you have 1 symptom, you think its one thing but it may be connected to something else. It could be neurological thing in your brain and medication can fix that instantly, or it could be psychological, maybe you have trauma as a child, you have worries you just need to talk to counselor.
You should see a counselor or a psychiatrist/doctor and then can show you ways to cope with the attacks and anxiety. There could be pills you could take and I know there are ways they can teach you and you’ll get better =)
You are probably stressed out and keeping it all in. It helps to start writing in a journal everyday how you feel (good bad whtevr) when you start feeling a panic you will know. Talk to your friends about what you are going through don’t keep it bottled up it only gets worse. You will release some of you stress and tension in that way. Walk, run , play sports, find something to do to keep you busy release tension and you will feel better. If it doesn’t go away and gets worse go to see a psychologist it might be depression. When u are having an attack relax and stay still don’t go crazy. This isn’t a quick fix but it does help you stay in tune with how you feel and helps u identify the problem instead of masking it.
I used to suffer with Panic Attacks and there isn’t a quick fix I’m sorry to say.
*Counseling is really helpful (you can be refered by your GP)
*Also realising that it is a mental thing might give you a bit more control over it.
*Your GP can prescribe you tablets that are for depression and anxiety (I’m not assuming your depressed but the tablets cover both).
*Kalms (can be bought in most supermarkets) are a natural remedy that promote welbeing, calm feeling and restful sleep without any nasty ‘drugged’ feeling. I STILL carry a bottle round in my handbag, (even though its been years since a panic attack) and if I start feeling a little nervous I take 2 and not wait until the real panic kicks in.
Until then, try to avoid situations that cause panic attacks (lets say if you have a panic attack in a friend’s car when they are driving too fast, ask them to drive more careful with you) also carry round a brown paper bag (which also makes it easier to count your breaths and slow them down).
I still suggest that you seek medical advice and info as my anxiety led to me becoming Agoraphobic (scared of going outside) it doesnt always happen but I was one of the unlucky ones. Regardless anxiety isn’t nice and is sometimes hard to live with.

Eat right, Exercise and meditate. You’re body needs to be kicking on all cylinders before you can bring your mind to rest.
i too myself suffer from both anxiety and panic attacks and to tell you the truth agoraphobia is starting to creep in as well.
my doctor referred me to to a mental health unit in which i was seeing a low intensity therapist, up to now i haven’t really seen a difference, i don’t believe taking meds are the answer to every ones prayers but maybe that could help you, whereas i am looking into other methods of help.
i have spoken to other suffers and one thing they all seem to say if that you need to help yourself, but i think that’s kind of hard when you feel like S***.
there is a book i can recommend for you its by a lady called Claire Weekes called Help for your nerves, i also you may want to look into somehting called the linden method.
Ask your doctor for some propranolol. This is a beta blocker drug and helps to block the action of adrenaline on the heart thus relieving the physical symptoms of the attack and helping you to feel calmer. I take 10mg each morning and I’m fine for the rest of the day.
Once you’ve started this you can arrange for some counselling/therapy.
There is no ‘cure’ as such for panic attacks, but you can learn to control them.
whatevr u do, do not go to a doctor whty will give you 50 pilsl a day and leave you sick all the time and milk you for every last dime… you need to follow an all natural and healthy lifestyle… I also recommend you go to an ayurvedic practitioner… they can probbably help u…..

i had to go to a doctor he put me on clonazepam "kolotopins" 1 mg four times a day that works but dont really like the idea of havin to be on drugs juz to enjoy a normal life anxiety is never fun
