I’ve had anxiety issues for years now. Everytime I get upset, I have a panic or anxiety attack. It’s getting to the point where I can’t control them and they happen more frequently. My boyfriend is unsure of what to do when the happen and they usually happen when he’s with me. I don’t know how to control it or make it better. It’s interfering with my everyday life and I can’t concentrate at school. Somebody help me please :(
