How can I stop anxiety attacks?
Three years ago I took medicine for my anxiety. I stopped taking it, and starting this year it got really bad. Its never been this bad before. I’m going back on the medicine, but my appointment isn’t until next monday. I don’t think I can get through this week. I’m so scared and that’s making it so much worse. Taking deep breathes doesn’t seem to help at all. Distracting myself only increases the time it takes for an anxiety attack to get really bad. What can I do to stop it for one more week?

You have to take the problem at the root, don’t you?
I had anxiety when I had to speak in public. Or when there would be more than a few people around me in the same room. It was something that started when I was a teenager and that lasted years and affected my career. At some point, I was prescribed medicine but wanted to avoid that (for other reasons I will not get into). That’s when I discovered a program that literally pulled me out of that hole. NOW, you should be aware that each case is different. That is why I suggest you also see a doctor to tackle your problem.

I used to take anxiety medicine, I think I was too psychic, picking up others vibes and such. After getting into Jesus and getting born again, I never needed anxiety medicine again.
Try saying the name "Jesus over and over again, hopefully you can subdue what is freaking you out. There is alot of power in that name. And Jesus always greeted people with "Peace", so he understood anxiety and fear. God Bless you and soothe your soul and spirit and relax and calm your body.

My medication started from 20mg per day till just 10mg on alternate days (or just 5mg per day) – I even thought of quitting medication. my anxiety attacks are making my life miserable, i do everything to make it go but nothing seems to work. now i use Vilift and i feel that it’s improving.
