Three years ago I took medicine for my anxiety. I stopped taking it, and starting this year it got really bad. Its never been this bad before. I’m going back on the medicine, but my appointment isn’t until next monday. I don’t think I can get through this week. I’m so scared and that’s making it so much worse. Taking deep breathes doesn’t seem to help at all. Distracting myself only increases the time it takes for an anxiety attack to get really bad. What can I do to stop it for one more week?
