I am unable to remove myself from a situation that will probably cause me to have a panic attack, and I can’t take any drugs because my parents do not know that I get panic attacks.

It would be a good idea to let your parents know you are having problems. If your parents will not understand, talk to the guidance counselor at your school. Try to do some relaxation techniques before your anxiety has a chance to grow. I hope you will be able to find ways to calm yourself like deep breathing and muscle relaxation. Good Luck.
This is going to take work on your part. A class in meditation might be helpful. In the meantime, by yourself in a quiet area, think of your special place. The place that you are most comfortable and safe. Think deeply about how it feels, smells, looks. Take long, deep relaxing breaths. Feel your body begin to relax. The more you do this, the easier it will be to go to that place, in a moments notice.
If you can’t remove your self from the cause, then face the problem. Panic attacks are feelings of fear that manifest them selves through your psychical body rather than just in your mind. There are a few things you can do to minimalise the effect. Learn to control your breathing. When you think something is scary, your brain sends out a message to either take flight or fight. Your body prepares for this by flooding your blood with adrenaline. If you had to deal with a real situation, like go for an interview, it’s perfectly normal to have adrenaline and in fact it helps you. The same thing happens when you get really excited about something, only then you associate it with pleasure and so it doesn’t feel so bad. One of the triggers for your body to release adrenaline is when your breathing becomes too rapid. So you need to learn how to recognise that it’s speeding up and then you need to learn to slow it down. you can do this by taking a deep breath through your mouth, holding it for a count of five and then releasing it slowly to a count of five. It takes practise but it’s easy to do.
The other thing you could try is to visualise your self in the same situation dealing with it calmly and feeling ok about it. Again this needs practise.
Why don’t you just talk to some one about it. You most people feel panic at some points in their lives and you might learn some other ways of coping with it.
Good luck
Panic disorder can be effectively treated with a variety of interventions including psychological therapies, self-help techniques and medication with the evidence that cognitive behavior therapy has the longest duration of effect.
Antidepressants are sometimes used in the treatment of panic attacks and panic disorder. However, it takes several weeks before they begin to work, so you have to take them continuously – not just during a panic attack.
So if you don’t want to get addicted to any of drugs and be paying a lot of money for them, do something else. Some people use simple techniques that they can use themselves.
