How can I keep my concentration during self hypnosis and visualisation?

I just can’t concentrate for a certain period of time, my mind drifts off without it meaning to. Does anyone have any tips to keep your complete focus?

Practice. I usually start by focusing on my breath and on the word "relax" on the exhale. Some days it is easy – other days it is hard.
You mind will drift – that is what it is supposed to do. You continue to redirect it, gently as you would a small child to the desired behavior.
Any amount of time you can focus will help. At first you might only be able to focus for a few minutes at a time – but as you practice you will be able to maintain the focus for longer.
Remember too that the feeling can be as important as the visual image. If you are trying to attract love, for example, try to kind of recreate that bursting feeling of love in your heart (you won’t be able to help but smile) if only for a minute.
