Be prepared,
The night before go to bed with confidence.. tell yourself you know the material and that your going to do fine.. do the same before the test.
remember to breath.. thats actually why we forget things during a test.. we deprive our brains of oxygen.
Chew gum during your test.. have water with you, the gum regulates your breathing and keeps your anxiety low..
Anxiety isn’t always a bad thing, it can motivate you to do better if you use it the right way!
