That you are on a medication and you can’t eat after for 2 hours.
You do have an eating disorder. I don’t know what you mean by "detox" unless you are quitting drugs. There is no truth to the autointoxication theories put forth by manufacturers of expensive laxatives. There are cheaper ways to make yourself crap. Citrate of magnesia works just fine, and it’s a dollar a bottle.
If you are as insane as you sound, you have no business going to school. You’ve probably figured this out in a moment of clarity. If you did, you were right.
Detoxes usually aren’t good for you because they can deprive you of nutrients (especially if you not eating at all!). So unless it was suggested by a doctor, I suggest you don’t do it. Or at least do a bunch of research on the cons.
Overall I’m just a little confused why your friends won’t understand if you tell them the truth. I think making up something in this case would probably just raise more suspicion… of course you could just not care what they think.
But dining hall food really isn’t all that great so you could just tell them you’re going on a healthy diet (not trying to lose weight just trying to eat healthily).
P.S. not eating at all, for any reason, can be considered an eating disorder…
