More than 98% of people who have HIV would test positive within 3 months. In extremely rare cases, it could take up to 6 months for someone to test positive. You tested negative more than 6 months after your last exposure. You are fine.
HIV test is conclusive after 3 months. You are way after the window period. Why do you think the result will be different. You either have HIV or you do not have HIV. Your test conclusively shows that you do not have HIV. Your test for immigration will be negative and there is no question about it.
