Back in the ’70s, I was lucky enough to undergo hypnotherapy for weight loss (it was part of a test project). It was the EASIEST weight loss I ever experienced. I was happy, relaxed, and comfortable with the changes in my life. The weight loss was effortless.
I had a guided meditation for weight and it really anchored me for a month.
I didn’t go back for more reinforcement until it was automatic, but even if I think of what she said to anchor me now I can make it work.
I tried hypnotherapy for weight loss. I gained 15 lbs….
I worked for a guy once who was a hypnotherapist, and so I traded him one session about weight loss.
I had never had anything to do with hypnosis before, and I could flat not believe what a fraud it is!! Holy Cow. We have certain beliefs about things - like hypnosis is real. Well, it isn’t. You sit there and the guy reads something, and I guess you’re supposed to pretend you’ve been ‘hypnotized’.
Save your money and just have one of your friends suggest that you stop doing whatever it is that you want to stop doing. Then stop doing it.
We’re the master to make decision and hypnotherapy do work if we agree and believe. Weak mind is susceptible to ill behaviours s.a. smoking, anxiety, depression, drug abuse etc
Hello W
As a hypnotherapist I have also been lucky to be on the receiving end.
One was for weight loss & the other was for pain removal. I also find a few techniques excellent to use on myself.
