Does lexapro give false results on a drug test?

I started taking lexapro a couple of days ago. I took a home drug test today and it showed positive. Can this be posibble?

Lexapro is an antidepressive and doesn’t contain anything that would pop on a drug test.
Have you taken any cold medications or prescription pain meds?
What was positive on the drug test?
