i suffer from anxiety attacks too.
i had one yesterday.
i don’t know if prayer works, i’m not really a believer.. but if it does work then its probably because anxiety attacks are usually mental, and when you pray it keeps your mind busy and makes you feel comfort.
the thing that usually helps is meditating (for me)… i clear my mind, slowly breathing in (3 seconds) through the nose, then slowly breathing out through my mouth (3 seconds also).
you don’t have to sit with your legs crossed, just however you feel is comfortable.
i thought it would never work, but it surprisingly did.
In your case, Xanax is God. Ask your doctor for some.
If "God" hasn’t helped you yet, I doubt he will anytime soon.
it isnt my belief
but if it helps you , then more power to you
xx
God’s name starts with an X and isnt a placebo like praying
if god was real you wouldnt even have anxiety attacks he would cure you from them.
Yes, he does, and you don’t have to promise to be perfect in return. Pray for his help, his guidance, his healing, everything you need. Ask him to help you stop cursing, help you be kind, etc. God loves to hear from you, loves to help you, just plain loves you. God can also help you through doctors and medicine.
