Hi Alex,
Poor you, anxiety attacks are horrible! I know how you feel.
The other two guys above me were right. Anxiety attacks, panic attacks = same thing.
What’s more important here is how you plan to overcome your attacks. If I were you I’d arrange to see a counsellor or even better, a psychologyst asap – so you can learn to overcome these attacks and move on with your life. Panic attacks are so scary and life is so much better without them.
Good Luck x
they both are the same thing.
Panic attacks and anxiety attacks are the same thing.
People think tht both are same but there is a small difference between thm.
An anxiety attack is tht u become overly anxious about issues in ur life without any actual reason eg relationships, work, school, money etc. It can last anywhere from a few minutes to a few days.
A panic attack on the other hand comes on all of a sudden, and it’s all about your BODY or your MIND. You suddenly feel like you must be having a heart attack (or a stroke, or passing out, or choking, or vomiting, or going crazy, or losing all control) because your heart is racing, you’re short of breath, you may have nausea or tightness in your throat, and you’re shaking.
